Important Update: BuySellVouchers Terms and Conditions Effective April 2025

Effective April 1, 2025, we have updated our Terms and Conditions. We encourage all users to review the changes and familiarize themselves with the latest updates.

? What’s New?

9.2.11. Timely Communication with Buyers:

- If a dispute requires input from a third-party provider and you are unable to obtain an answer within 48 working hours (calculated as 2 full working days, Monday to Friday), you are required to update the buyer.

- The update should inform the buyer that their case has not been forgotten and is still under investigation.

- Sellers must continue to provide updates to the buyer every 48 working hours (Monday to Friday) until the dispute is resolved.

9.2.11.1. Failure to Provide Updates:

- If the seller fails to update the buyer as required and the buyer contacts the admin, the admin reserves the right to refund the buyer without waiting for a response from the third-party provider.

9.2.11.2. Note:

- Working hours are counted as the full 24-hour period for each working day, from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends.
